磨边机的使用与维护

　　正确合理地使用磨边机，不仅能保证生产正常进行，还会起到延长机器寿命的作用。这里介绍一下正确使用磨边机应注意的事项。

　　1、对各种新购的磨边机，使用前一定要先阅读使用说明书。在搞清了机器的传动原理，各种手柄、手轮、电器按钮、水路、气路调节阀的作用，掌握机器的维护保养知识之后，方可上机操作。

　　2、磨边机的磨头好坏对玻璃的磨削质量有较大影响，磨头的位置、移动间隙等出厂时均已调好，使用时除进退磨头外，其余的一般不要去动，以免影响磨削质量。另外，磨头后退位置不易过大，否则容易损坏防水套，造成漏水，而且容易烧坏电机。

　　3、冷却是否充足对磨削效果也有较大影响。要经常检查冷却管路有无堵塞现象。特别是直线磨边机的管路容易被刷毛堵塞，且堵后不易被察觉，会造成冷却不足影响磨边质量。

　　4、磨边机使用的无极变速器，调节速度时一定要在开状状态下，否则容易损坏磨边机的无级变速器。

　　5、异形机使用时的注意事项：①异形机工作台吸盘的高低是否一致对磨削效果影响较大。装配时厂家都对五组吸盘座进行过自磨，并挑选了厚度一致的吸盘胶使各吸盘高度保持一致，所以，一般情况下都不要去拆装吸盘。若吸盘胶有损坏，则要挑选厚度一致的去更换。②异形机真空泵在使用一段时间后，由于进水等原因会出现真空度下降(即吸力下降)现象，因此要注意检查并排除故障，否则，机器在吸力不足情况下工作，一方面会影响磨削质量，另一方面也容易出现安全事故。

　　6、直线磨边机使用时的注意事项：直线磨边机(直边机、圆边机、斜边机)的工作方式都是通过前后压板夹紧玻璃并带动其直线运动进行磨削的。使用中一定要注意两点：①前后压板与导轨结合面要经常加油润滑，否则会由于前后压板及导轨工作面的过早磨损而影响机器的正常使用寿命。有些机型虽有自动润滑装置，但也要经常检查润滑管路是否畅通;②夹紧玻璃时夹紧力大小要适当，太松影响磨削质量，太紧会使机器负荷增大，易产生抖动爬行现象，磨薄玻璃时还容易夹碎玻璃。夹紧力大小可用一块稍大的玻璃夹在机器上进行测试，即：将玻璃夹在机器中部，停机状态下双手用力板动玻璃，感觉夹紧力调到刚好双手搬不动时为合适。

　　7、靠模机使用时的注意事项：①靠摸机的靠模对磨削精度影响甚大。靠模板的工作面一定要做得形状尺寸准确，光洁度要高。若是异形靠模板，则过渡处一定要圆滑。②更换模板和吸盘时，一定要保持吸盘工作面的水平，否则会影响磨削质量。

　　8、双边磨边机使用时的注意事项：①双边磨边机属较高档次的磨边机，使用时最好固定两到三人操作，以确保操作正确。②双边磨的程序出现误差或故障时，最好请原生产厂家派人维修和调试，一般情况下不要拆修，以免搞乱程序造成停产。
